Sales Support Associate

New York City, NY | Temporary roleAbout this positionSupport the sales and case management teams by providing excellent customer service to our prospective clients. Engage with our customers to set up appointments with our insurance representatives, follow up on outstanding policy requirements or provide them with an update on their cases. Provides inbound and outbound phone support, as well as written communication via various modes (email, text, chat).Duties & Responsibilities
  • Answers inbound calls and coordinates follow up activities
  • Makes outbound calls and sends written communications to prospective clients
  • Follows up on outstanding policy requirements on behalf of agent or case management teams
  • Engages with customers on our website via chat
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of work experience is required
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Prior call center experience is preferred
  • Tech savvy individual who is a quick-learn with software usage is desired
  • Microsoft Suite experience is required
  • Knowledge of the Life Insurance industry is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Honesty and integrity
