About this position

We’re looking for an experienced IT Admin to own and manage all IT support functions. Successful candidates will have 3-4 years of experience in a similar role – owning and resolving IT support tickets, troubleshooting complex issues related to our internal systems – excellent follow through, and a high sense of urgency.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support for all of our users, resolve help desk tickets in a professional and timely manner 
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues related to both external softwares and internal systems
  • Onboard/offboard employees, configure accounts and assign or reassign users as needed
  • Daily management of systems to ensure programs are functioning effectively 
  • Develop processes to improve the effectiveness of internal systems 
  • Ownership over internal systems maintenance and upgrades

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience as an IT-Admin, or related role
  • Broad technical depth and excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Advanced expertises in Macbooks, G-Suite, and Salesforce 
  • Proficiency with Genesys Cloud – a plus
  • High sense of urgency and problem-solving mindset
  • Highly disciplined when working independently 
  • Reliable self-starter that takes initiative to identify and resolve problems efficiently
  • Ability to communicate consistently and professionally
  • Strong organization skills & superb attention to detail
  • Honesty & integrity
