Growth Marketing Manager

Tel Aviv, Israel | Full-timeAbout this positionResponsible for both scaling current channels and generating new opportunities. Balance efforts of analytical, creative and optimization skills to execute, analyze impactful campaigns and develop new avenues for acquiring customers effectively. This role requires a mix of campaign management skills and operational excellence.Duties & Responsibilities
  • Hands-on management of paid customer acquisition efforts, including (but not limited to) SEM, Social, email, paid content syndication and paid media partnerships
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and experimentation; test creative strategies while rigorously supporting assumptions with data
  • Measure and analyze campaign effectiveness and present ongoing reporting. Apply insights to improve results as aligned to business objectives
  • Executing an SEO strategy, improving relevant KPIs such as domain authority and average position
  • Presenting weekly reports analyzing performance, optimization and action items
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of performance-driven digital marketing experience, with proven direct-to-consumer success
  • Very strong analytical skills allowing measuring results and applying insights from data
  • Bachelor's degree in economics, sciences, marketing communications or related
  • Entrepreneurial approach; self-motivated and innovative, with a high degree of personal ownership
  • Good learning abilities and desire to learn and own new responsibilities as required in a growing startup
  • Google Ads/Facebook Ads Manager – at least one is a must
  • High level of proficiency in Excel - a must
  • SEO knowledge - an advantage
  • Affiliate marketing - an advantage
  • Email marketing - an advantage
  • SQL knowledge - an advantage
