Business Operations Manager

About this position

We’re looking for an experienced Business Operations Manager to join our BizOps team. This role combines core analytics, sales systems and tools administration, and project management.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Daily management of our sales systems and tools to ensure  the business is running smoothly
  • Perform ongoing and ad hoc analysis of sales and business performance; Maintain data quality, accuracy and integrity level
  • Work closely with the Head of BizOps to manage and drive key operational and strategic initiatives across the business
  • Lead new business operations projects; introduce and implement improved business and work processes
  • Work cross-functionally with all teams – including sales, customer service, customer service and growth – to help the company meet its goals and scale its operations


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-5 years experience in a data-driven growth role, business operations and strategy, management consulting, or equivalent experience in a technology company 
  • Highly analytical and strategic thinker with a strong business judgment 
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce reporting and dashboards
  • Experience working with Genesys Cloud Contact Center – a plus 
  • High sense of urgency; Capacity to prioritize workload and work in a fast-paced environment; 
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate consistently, precisely and professionally in both verbal and written communication
  • A teamwork mindset – take ownership of your work AND your team’s success, and take initiative
  • Honesty and integrity
